This page is used to make payment to Pure Spring Medical/Dr. Pugach. Controlled medications are generally not prescribed by Pure Spring Medical/Dr. Pugach.
Please make a credit card/debit card payment in the amount as directed by our staff.
PayPal account is not required. The payment can be made in $1 increments. For example: if you are instructed to pay $25, please change Quantity to 25.
